Happy Clams Play the Festival of the Puppets

The Stork Club, Oakland

Band members will invent puppet co-stars to join them on stage. Attendees will be encouraged to bring puppets to double the audience. Folks will be invited to participate in a feature length puppet improv movie filmed at this event. As puppeteers get drunk their puppets reveal their inner secrets. The night ends in a huge puppet orgy, with puppets hooking up and not calling thereafter.

The Wedneday Open Mic Flyers Show at Lanesplitter April 2010

Over 170 original cartoon drawings by Paul Pot, promoting the over 5 year run of his Missouri Lounge Wednesday Night Open Mic in Berkeley, sent weekly to hundreds on his email list or printed as flyers and thrust into the hands of people on the street, are on view at Lanesplitter Pizza for the month of April. Featured subjects include Michael Jackson, religion, baseball, turkeys, politicians, sex, horror movies, making fun of banjos, the world around us, and of course, the music and the people who play it.

Opening reception Tuesday, April 6th from 8pm to 10 pm.

2033 San Pablo Avenue in Berkeley

Do you like this poster?

Would you like one of your own?

(Poster, I mean. For breasts I recommend getting two.)

I have two files available. One for home printer that prints out on regular 8 1/2 x 11 paper and one you can take to a copy shop to print on nice glossy 11 x 17 paper for about 5 bucks. Just send an email to paul who is at thehappyclams <dot> com. Get it for free while you can before I start charging for the damn things.
