Hello old friends and greetings to newcomers. We are pleased to announce the 6th Annual Narrative/Collaborative Participants Confc.! We again envision free, safe conversations in an informal, relaxed atmosphere. Most therapists attending have experience with a social constructionist perspective (Narrative, Collaborative, or Solution-Oriented therapies) *5:00 P.M. Friday, October 15th through 3 P.M. Sunday, October 17, 1999* at the Steve Breuer Confc. Center in MALIBU, CALIFORNIA (in greater LA) TWO NIGHTS, SIX GOURMET MEALS, PARTY AND ALL ACTIVITIES--AS LOW AS $21O (TOTAL) PER PERSON (DOUBLE OCCUPANCY)!!! -- 200 Acres of beautiful natural habitat, 1/4 mile from the beach
THIS IS NOT THE REGULAR CONFERENCE TYPE CONFERENCE! At many traditional conferences, audiences sit passively while presenters lecture from a podium. Often there is little or no time to participate in extended, informal, stimulating conversations with knowledgeable colleagues. If you are looking for a structured, didactic conference, this is NOT it! This conference is designed to tap into our collective expertise and our diverse backgrounds. Our participants co-create the conference itself and the contents are then placed into pre-scheduled time-slots. LOCATION AND TRANSPORTATION The conference is 45 minutes driving time north of the LA International Airport. Shuttle service is available on call from LAX. It is approximately 3 hours driving time from downtown San Diego. Detailed directions will be sent to you when we receive your registration. SPACE IS LIMITED!
