Scary! I have a copy on DVD also from local news saying the same thing about the Ambien as the cause but then hours later Ambien was thrown out of the picture and other names where thrown into the picture of drugs he was using by prescription. I tell you right now it is a major cover-up and even my hospital covered up my reaction and even though I was wiped out sent me back home saying I was not that bad. I felt like I was dying and I even had a brother in my congregation that lived down the street come and pray for me. I had my two daughter come to me and told them to stay with their mother and take care of her and etc. After I survived they thought I was a nut case. So did my wife. But then blood testing showed major abnormalitys such as 1:1280 Titer Ratio reading for my Anti Nuclear Anti-bodies or ANA's. I psychiatrist will try to tell you I hated myself so much I created a autoimmune response they way those pompous self righteous fruit cakes act when you say you are chemically injured. I never woke every day to pain until after that and it still persists to this day. They changed the Reference Range of ANA's sense then recently to hide the damage that these drugs are doing to people. Normal was 1:20 ratio then they raised it to 1:40 ratio and I was always right above normal for many years at 1:80 ratio so the medical community changed the whole way they read out the results for ANA's and in doing so changed the Reference Range without anyone knowing the better for it. Except people like myself who know better. If you tested my blood the old way it would still come up at 1:80 ratio. Which was abnormal until corruption influenced the labs and testing reference ranges. We are all in a pot of lukewarm water and it is getting gradually hotter and hotter until it is too late and the majority of mankind is cooked, just like fresh live crabs. This is for real people! Also watch out for attorney's ( My first Worker's Compensation Lawyer even wrote a letter behind our back to a QME telling him not to check out the suspicions of another doctor concerning Toxic Exposures) who say they are for you in this fight and promise they can win. Also from what my Lawyers said, the Judge came in already biased. There was no changing her mind. Catch 22, you can not get a lawyer until you are diagnosed definitely by a health care professional, yet once it is even suspicioned, that is when they start your statute of limitations thanks to my lawyers ineffectiveness. Even if doctor's told you, you where not damaged by the chemicals you worked with afterwards, as happened in my case with numerous doctors when my wife questioned them, and it is not until later that the truth comes out, that you really are damaged by the chemicals, and the other doctor's where uninformed in this area. You have only a year to file from the first date of a doctor's suspicion's it according to what happened in my case. So here these other medical professionals do not know but you are suppose to know what is causing all your symptoms. If they had only told me what my symptoms where suppose to be then I would have known back then. And once it is figured out you have other doctor's trying to say you are a hypochondriac. Yet you had the symptoms before you even heard of the disease or I should say chemical injury and what those symptoms are suppose to be. (I recently found in my personnel file dated 8-19-86 a attendance report where I called in sick. The reason for absence: "Extremely weak from reaction to medication". I had been working with the chemicals 1 month shy of 3 years. That was the first time a over the counter medication ever caused that sort of reaction in me. I have used it on occasion for years but those chemicals I worked with made it so I could not use it again. It was suddafed or benadrel. One of those types of medications. The only Doctor's who are for the truth are, (Dr. John Toth Sr & Jr. in Concord, CA. , and Dr. John F. Pletz of Medicus Group in Daly City ( Now Fairfield and some other city up north) in California. (Which later in 1998 was approved by the defense as a QME for me and then never produced his report because he was checking into the affects that the Ambien had on my chemical injury and researching the chemicals themselves. TCE, which in lab animals caused SLE symptoms then they tried curing them with drugs after they dipped them in TCE and gave them SLE. I only told my lawyers assistant about Dr. Pletz research so how did the defense find out to threaten them? Even later around 2002, I found out Dr. Pletz and his family had been threatened if he produced his report. He is not dependable at this point in 1998 since he flaked out after they threatened him instead of reporting it to the proper authorities) & Dr. Sheila Bastien Whom I trust explicitly and has been the largest opponent against these murdering industries. All these honest doctors are treated as out casts by a bunch of pompous hypocrites. Dr. Bleman also said in his own report he did not really have experience concerning chemical injuries. He also lied and said I was hallucinating. Then to top it all off he told the lawyers not to give me my own report as it would make me angry and in it he claimed I was dangerous? Dr. Bleman also said he saw me for 2 hours. The guy saw me for about 30 minutes tops and that was it. Now, I have a auto immune type of disease and the end results will be organ failure if I can not keep control of it. They have ruled out all the other causes except Chemical Exposures as causing my immune response. They have interests in all kinds of businesses and they did not get that big without having major influences and power in every aspect of their investments. They squash people and I know a few they have squashed. They are world wide. They can easily influence doctors by implying that they will or will not send business their way. All they do is suggest or hint something and the doctors take the cue and make it so. They do it with a question. They can influence research by not contributing unless it is favorable to them just like the chemical companies do. They also influence the media, TV and Radio and etc... , by saying they will not advertise with them. I believe they can even influence the legal system since most of the laws are already written in favor of the Employer and insurance companies. Forget the rights of the people, animals have more rights than a injured worker. (They bought Judge Chapla off. She flipped on me. She told me if I Prove negligence by my employer I could make mute the statute of limitations issue. I had witness from managment there on June 3rd 2002. They would easily have proved gross negligence. Instead on June 3rd 2002 Judge Chapla with Defense Attorney Francie Lehmer played a stal tactic pretenting they had to submit papers for hours that day. Leaving all my subpeaned witnesses in the hallway. Then the next day Judge Chapla began the trial without rescheduling me witnesses. She manipulated the out come of my trial wioth is illegal. She squashed my contitutional rights to a fair trial all over the place. Then the rest of the higher courts backed up this biased judge. Just a couple weeks ago I learned that a letter that was sent to Travelers in January 19th 1991 by my first attorney before he was flipped to the defenses side shows he submitted a Amended Application to Toxic Exposures. I had been misunderstanding it all these years since I got it in June 1995. I thought he made pending the amendment for when he got the MSDS's and Medical records which has called legal and medicals. I was wrong. He made pending the disability status for when he was in reciept of those MSDS's and Medical Records. That means they had the Amended Application for my toxic injury from the very begining adn al that was lift to do was figure out my disability status. There never was a Statute of Limitation was issue and the defense has been committing fraud all along. I can not get a lawyer to handle this case. And as pro per I do not stand a chance in this corrupted justice system in favor of the defense. I still amn confused on what to do or how to do it to win this case and get them punished for all these years of this fraud they have committed against me and my family in order to win and leave me homeless and near death. I feel that every individuals constitutional rights are infringed upon when big business can influence laws. Especially when they are unjust to the people who they injure. We do not have the right to pursue happiness when a employer or chemical companies can injure you and leave you on the way side to be the battered meat to the insurance companies so they can finish you off like sharks in the legal system they control and built, leaving you nothing and possibly no medical to boot not to mention even dead in many cases. (Medical malpractice with prescription drugs is the number one killer in the US if you ask me. I have heard that over 250K are killed a year from this alone. In 4 years 1,000,000 or more are killed by our MD's who push legalized drugs down our throats rather than curing us. This kills in any class whether it is is a rich person or a poor. They are not biased about killing you. So even the defense lawyers are being killed as we speak by those they defend. That is not including all the chemicals from industry also. Asthma is a chemical related disease. Common sense tells me that. They are warned to avoid perfumes and exhaust and other chemical exposures as it may trigger a Asthma Attack. Due! Even me with brain damage can figure that one out. Chemicals caused the Asthma in the first place! Then they use steroids to correct it which are also chemicals with their own side effects such as liver damage. I have learned all this since 1995. Actually more so in 1998 and up.

I have a whole body injury. (They have influenced it to look like a Mental problem. It does not wash though.) Which they say is only worth $300,000 max. Plus there was gross negligence on the Insurance and employers end concerning my health. The reason you do not see many cases of this nature is because they squash them before they ever reach the judge. They either try to settle or influence the judge and you lose. In my case they lied and I have the proof from their own lawyer. It was a letter written by Levitz Lawyer to my Worker's Comp. lawyer dated March 21, 1996. I finally got possession of it March 29, 1999 from my lawyer. This is how long I have been trying to get it from him. Quote:

He asked us whether we would be interested in using an AME. He also wanted to know whether we had accepted the internal medical issues as a workers' compensation injury.

No claim form has been served on us until now alleging toxic exposure. We have no medicals whatsoever regarding toxic exposure. There is no indication in any of the medical reports on file concerning the nature of any physical problems that Mr. Hawkins may be having with regard to toxic exposure. In fact, the only mention of toxic exposure was by your client, claiming that he had had it but not further advising us of his symptoms or the nature of his problems. I do not even know from what substance he is claiming the toxic exposure resulted.

For this reason, we are not interested in an AME at this time as the claim has not been picked up as industrial.

The problem they face is they lied here. In Dr. Henry Donnelley's reports he makes it clear that he suspected problems due to chemical exposures and asked for MSDS sheets on all the chemicals I was exposed to. This was served on Traveler's December 24, 1990 and as we recently learned they had the Amended Application as of January 19, 1991 and lied ever since saying they never received it as I pointed out and quoted on the main page of my site here. The ball was thrown in their park and they hid it from us and everyone else. Then they lied about it when it was brought out to them again in March 1996. (As you can see for yourselves from the link above the quote.) It is illegal and unethical. And I have the proof I need of this atrocity of theirs. If it was really looked into they may have been able to stop my condition from becoming a auto immune response as it now is. They are still not paying for my medical treatments so they still could care less about the truth. They are nothing but criminals. The way this system is set up they will not have to pay for their crimes to me and others like me. They do not get punished so they continue with their criminal activity's and lies and are not brought to justice. Unless someone with more influence or money can do so, but it will not be me unless the Almighty himself steps in and makes them pay. I feel it is possible if he only wants to do so? They committed fraud in lying about not ever receiving the Amended Application to toxic exposure in January 19, 1991 which we recently discovered and before Dec. 31, 2007 we also discovered that I was TTD which is Totally Temporarily Disabled as of Dec. 6, 1990 all the way to my last day of work, June 13, 1991. For 6 months my own lawyer and the defense never told me I was not suppose to be in that dangerous environment. In fact they took advantage of this knowledge that I did not have and used it to try to sabotage my work and they could only get me on being ill all the time and even suspended me for my illness. That whole 6 months they tried to fire me. But I was also keeping records on them which thanks to my brain damage I forgot I had and did not find until October of 2002 accidentally at that. They where poisoning me at this point instead of telling me I was suppose to go home when I was made TTD. It was after the Amended Application was given them by the first attorney that Traveler's Contacted Levitz to let them know then Levitz hired Hanna and Brophy Law Firm which in turn corrupted my own lawyer to hid the truth of my danger to me. My lawyer then told me that there was nothing their after contacting their lawyer about getting the chemicals from Levitz. He also told me that they had their doctors which where their hired guns and he had his which was paid to make up things like that to scare the defense into co-operating with him. He never told me I was TTD. He never told me he submitted the amended application already. After that I never could reach him also. In fact that is why we both agreed to go our separate ways. Then the weasle after allowing me time he said to find a lawyer went behind my back in San Francisco WCAB Court and withdrew himself saying I was not co-operating with him. He did not allow me any time at all and lied to the court and me. I could not reach him, not him not being able to reach me. He wanted to shut off my 1987 case and I told him no. I told him now to any of my cases and claims. Maybe that was what he meant by not co-operating? As it turned out he forged my name anyway and submitted it to the defense as me allowing them to close my 1987 back injury case off. I got to see it for the first time in the pre-trial in 2002. That is when the defense wanted to call him as their witness on June 3rd, 2002. How corrupted and ironic can you get? My lawyer as the defense witness? That was when I started getting the inkling of the web these people really weave. Date 03-19-2008)

I am a Texan. I am a fighter and I do not take losing easily when I am right. I will keep yelling out the truth till I die. I will not let this go even if they try to use the court system to gag me. They can put me in jail for breaking the gag and anything else they want to try for me speaking out, but it will not stop me. I will yell louder and louder until something right is done about it. Until they except their responsibility. Besides I might get better medical care in jail than they are allowing me to get at the present. They have not even excepted my case or my treating doctor even though it is against their own laws that they influenced. By law they do not have the right to not except this case since it was there from the beginning and they did not follow through with their responsibility which has made my family have to suffer along with me.

My wife and I have been footing the bill in one way or another. ((I am on Social Security Disability and losing my retirement benefits for when I am old enough or if I die before then my wife could have drawn on them when she retired. They are stealing from her also by forcing me to use it to survive. I would say that at least $40,000 to $50,000 or more stolen from my benefits that I was hoping to have in there for a later date. I tried to learn other trades but my health is not strong enough to work and I do have a memory problem. I can not retain what I learn unless I use it daily for many days and months. (But what is weird is junk you will never use sometimes sticks in my head. It is junk most peoples minds would toss out, it stays with me. Go figure?) No schools are set up that way anymore. No tot me knowledge where you can go at the pace your memory works? It is set up to jam the information in you and get you through the test as fast as possible. They do not care if you remember what you learn later. That does not work for me. On the computer I have had to teach, and re-teach, and re-teach, and so on, myself what I know to date. It seems very hard to retain any of this still. Put it this way, I am still slow at typing and I have been doing it for 20 years. It takes me 3 or more days to write a 2 page letter on a computer unless it is already written on another document and I just cut and paste. This web site took years to build and it is still not the way I want it.))

If this hasn't totally depressed you yet do not worry, what they try next probably will. I use to be a optimist until they started playing games with me. Until doctors started lying and changing diagnosis to the other sides wishes. Until lawyers started being two faced. Even my wife thinks as I do now because she also has lived their lies and their twisting of the truth. One doctor blew up when I brought her on a visit to show her how he completely changed his diagnosis over the weekend from what he personally called me and told me it was before then. She asked him ( Dr. Anthony Jew in 1991) if he was saying that I could not have pain down my leg from my back injury? He would not respond. So she repeated the question very calmly and quietly. He turned red and blew up storming out of the room yelling "that is it, I am off the case" and slammed the door behind him. My wife and I just looked at each other in amazement. Then in his report he said my wife was argumentative. After that she has gone with me to almost every visit I have had. She also knows that these doctors are influenced and will say one thing verbally and another on paper. (Dr. Allems told her she can talk and then turned around and accused her of being pushy and argumentative also.) They will write a favorable report then turn around and say the reverse in the next report. They lie without remorse. One thing I have learned that compared to street criminals these guys are scary. White Collar criminals are the scariest. A street criminal is easier to deal with. If he has a gun give him everything. If he just threatened you beat the living daylights out of him and see if he trys it again. I have stood in front of Shot guns without fear. I have disarmed a guy with a knife and beat him a bit for threatening me. But the courts take the sides of people with a piece of paper that says they are educated even though they broke the laws. White Collar Criminals are much scarier than thugs. They live in a world of laws that are like a giant spider web. You can get stuck in the web with no way out until you die. You will not get justice for the most part unless you have a bigger spider to fight for you. That is rare. A honest spider? Even rarer. I rather take my chances on the streets than with these Professionally University Educated criminals. Worse it when it is the judges themselves.

If one of the defenses QME's writes a favorable report for us they send us to another QME to say what they want him to say. (Defense Dr. McIvor wrote a favorable report for us. They sent us to him originally, so then they sent us to a Dr. Rolf Scherman in San Francisco to say what they wanted him to say. He sent us to San Francisco Magnetic Resonance to back up his claims. We asked to be sent to one local in our area and he would not let us go to any other. We no why now. They backed up his report. They even perjured themselves by saying they had no previous reports to compare to. I gave the imaging place a copy of my first MRI report from 1991. They lied! Fraud!)

They tell you you can only lift 25 lbs. No way, they are not paying anyone to do my work or fix things that break around my house. I lift if I have to, they are not doing it for me and I have told doctors I have had to lift on occasion. It hurts but it has to be done. I am no stranger to pain. Sometimes 10 lbs hurts bad and others I can lift 50 lbs or close to it and not feel a significant increase in pain. Which I have been told is how my particular injury is sometimes. As long as it is a few times hear or a few times there that I lift then it is safe my treating physician said. He told me I could not do it constantly though. Like my body doesn't tell me that already? My body speaks to me and I do not like the way it talks to me with pain. I have lifted a lot one time when I was feeling pretty good, but that was short lived. The pain got me latter in what was termed on occasion as a flair up. You get the picture, they try to tell you what you can and can not do but they do not try to help you get what you need to get done and they turn around and stick it on nation wide TV and say there is insurance fraud. They are right, they are the ones committing it though. The defenses are frauds! They Committed Conspiracy and Rackettering in my case with the purpose of winning the courts deciscion which was based on thier fraud from the very begining.

They where sending there investigators out trying to prove fraud, then sending there investigative reports to the State Insurance Fraud Division and the State did not even investigate whether it was true or not and prosecuted individuals using only the insurance companies investigations. That was in the News Paper as a Conspiracy between the State of California and the Insurance Companies, and it was the State Insurance investigators who blew the whistle, but all it got was a few small hidden articles in the Contra Costa Times then you hear nothing else about it. The whistle blowers more than likely where canned afterwards. See what kind of clout they have. See why we have become pessimistic of late.

If we win it will only be because our God, Jehovah by name, found favor with our plight and delivered us from this Satanic controlled world. I say that because when Jesus was going through his 3 trails with Satan in the wilderness, Satan offered him all the Kingdoms of the world if he would do obeisance to him. That means Satan is controlling all the Kingdoms of the world. And what are the Kingdoms? The Governments. Also you will notice that Jesus did not tell him he could not give them to him because they where not his to give. Jesus knew he could give them to him but he also knew that he would rule the world at a later date without Satan's help. Only Jehovah and his Son are more powerful than the governments and Satan and his demons. So that is who we are hoping in to help us.
