Mr. Heally, my first lawyer who in his own hand writing (BELOW) says he dropped the pursuit of toxic torte and tells his doctor (Dr. Swartz)  not to pursue it if we bring it up. Which I am sure my wife did, but by then I did not believe toxic injury had occurred because we had seen a Dr. Kaplan at Concord family Practice who said Organic Chemicals could not cause the kinds of symptoms I was having. He was Wrong also. I want to know why he stopped pursuit? Was he paid cash to drop it? Because he never put a lien on my case and never asked for payment, why?
 
These people are clueless about what is happening here ( MCS ), yet they act like they are informed. That is unethical and illegal if you want my opinion on it. If they do not know, then they should not guess, or act informed. If it is in the legal system it is totally minimized and passed over. The legal and medical systems are unjust if you ask me and they need to be worked over. Those people live in a fantasy world. We are the ones that pay the price.Mr. Healy is not a doctor yet he is dictating to a doctor how to do his job. Of cource at this point in time almost any doctor in the QME system is already trained with bias and they are already in favor of the employers and insurance companies, even if they act like they are not. What they tell you and what they put in writing are usually two different things. It usually is not in your favor also. Especially when it comes to MCS which would completely disrupt the status quo for these poisoning industries and the medical community and insurance industry. If you have MCS you are already enemy number one in those industries and proffessions. This world is completely backwards. Instead of helping the injured they kick you while your down and then in the end when the knife is still in your back they say there is nothing they can do for you except poison you with there drugs/chemicals that do not work and only make you worse.
