They denied my medical based on their lie. It is illegal and unethical and now they are trying to close my case out before my condition is even recognized. They definitely influenced a psychiatrist to commit in writing a opinion where as he has not the training for. Next they will find someone else who does have the training and get him or her to say what they want them to say. They are committing a felony but because they have a education they think they are above the law.

My wife never saw this report until June of 1995 after we took on our own handling of the case, and if I saw it before then I am not sure as I have a problem with time lines unless it is in writing. I do not think I did, but with my memory anything is possible and I would not remember it.
