Binary Clock Applet: the applet-only version (JavaTM Edition).
Binary Clock Application: the applet and application version (JavaTM Edition), which is composed of an applet class and a wrapper application class. The application class is called only in a non-browser environment and ignored otherwise.
This Binary Clock is the JavaTM version of a program I wrote a long time ago in BASIC and rewrote later on in C.
